Terms of Service

Brecksy offers online fitness and nutrition coaching. Applying does not guarantee a call, a spot, or any specific outcome.

Individual results vary. The 40kg figure is Brecksy’s own transformation. Client photos are real individuals Brecksy has coached; they are examples of what is possible, not typical, and not a guarantee. Your results depend on training, food, sleep, and the work you actually do. This is online fitness and nutrition coaching, not medical advice, and not a substitute for a doctor if you need one. Get medical clearance before starting a new training or nutrition program. Brecksy is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, or Meta.

These terms will be expanded with counsel before paid traffic scales. Until then, use of this site and the application form means you understand results vary, that this is coaching — not medical care, not a guarantee — and that spots are limited.
